Okay people, I don't usually write one-line vanities, but I have what I consider the Ultimate Rebuttal to the smear that Bush knew about September 11 in advance.
There you are, kids. In two sentences, this horrible smear by the DNC is destroyed. Take it it, run with it, hit the airwaves, write letters to the editor, go on the radio, get this message out.
I guess then that the Clinton administration is blameless as well. Congratulations.

Look, terrorist acts have been going on for years, including suicide attacks with truck bombs into building killing hundreds of Marines, USS Cole, etc, etc etc.
Its my opinion that the thousands of huge flying, fuel filled bombs that dot our skies daily, should have been protected long ago. It's a complete, total failure of our leadership going back many years. Please note I did not mention Bush specifically.
It's very simple, American pilots should have been armed or at least had access to weapons in the cockpits. The government knows full well, how much we are hated in this world, and have known this for many, many years.
How many terrorist attacks, suicide bombing and airliner hijackings, does it take to figure out that a huge jet airliner could be used as a weapon?
It's just like the immigration issue. What does it take for the government to get the message?
Don't be so quick to attack and be so defensive. Read my post more carefully. I would say an apology is in order.

Actually, in an attempt to defend it's integrity against the naysayers, the administration DID release as much intel as was possible without tipping our hand to terrorists...or getting more people killed.
It didn't help. Some people would blame this administration even if it released every single scrap of intelligence information available - with sources - and UBL was sitting right in front of them angrily denying that the US government knew all about his master plan, and simply chose to be a party to the largest single crime against humanity for reasons only the tinfoil hat crowd can tell us.

Since the Clinton administration had unequivocal knowlege of several attacks committed against the United State, by UBL, and did nothing to him...to the point of saying "no thanks" to both Sudan and Saudi Arabia when they both tried to turn him over to the US for trial, the Clinton administration is far, FAR from blameless.
