Is the homeowner's association trying to stick him with their legal bill? If he has his own attorney, and they have their's (since I have a similar situation) isn't that DUAL REPRESENTATION?

We need an attorney to address this issue. Sounds like another condo association and aggressive pro-association trying to make a land grab. They don't like THIS FLAG and just want him to pay for their lawyer which was technically his lawyer too before they went after him.

ADDITIONALLY, if this guy happens to be DISABLED, they may not be allowed to sue him by law. WHERE'S A LAWYER ON FR WHEN YOU NEED ONE? If anybody knows this guy, they need to direct him to a federal level attorney.

If they were dumb enough to fight this man long enough to run up a huge legal bill, whose fault is that? IT'S THE ASSOCIATION'S FAULT, not his. and bttt
