as many readers are rushed for time, allow me to post the pertinent part of that
article that you linked:

HONOLULU - Former President Clinton said Friday he knew about the dangerous potential
of Osama bin Laden but discounted reports that a 1999 analysis should have alerted
his administration to a terrorist attack on the scale of the Sept. 11 attacks.
The analysis warned that members of bin Laden's al-Qaida organization could hijack an
airliner and fly it into government buildings like the Pentagon on suicide missions.

"That has nothing to do with intelligence," said Clinton...

For once I agree with Clinton.
Just because an intelligence report (virtually psychically) predicted the
acutal events of September 11, 2001...well that means those intelligence dummies
were only batting .500.

Addendum to my last post...
I hope someone notes that Clinton couldn't have cared less if a suicide mission flew
a fuel-loaded wide-body jet into the Pentagon.

Now if they start hitting the WTC and cause Bubba's stock portfolio to drop...
now that's a tragedy and a national crisis!

So much for Clinton ever denying that he loaths (and loathed) the military that
protects his backside.
