Didn't expect a dose tonite. What a nice surprise and good pics too.

I logged on thinking I might get on a Drudge thread but he has gotten impossible to listen to lately and anyway, I don't think there is a thread.

I want to vent about Mara Liaison on Fox News Sunday today. Could she be more of an idiot?!? The good news is that we don't have to look at her legs in those short skirts anymore with the new format.

Anyway, she chose to 1) defend Hillary Clinton's ridiculous and shameless attack on Bush in the Senate, and 2) try to say that Bush and Ari overreacted to all the despicable and traitorous furor started by the dems and the press.

According to this Biddy, Hillary's questions were perfectly reasonable and innocent. How can these people?

I saw Mara too. How she can defend Hillary is beyond me. At least Cheney put everybody in their place. I'm concerned about the escalation of terrorist warnings today. Not sure if things are more threatening than normal, or the administration has decided to give the Dems enough warnings to stifle any future criticism.

You would think with all the talk of alerts and warnings. Broadcast and Cable news would have a permanent icon on the screen that shows what color the HomeLand Security Alert is and a toll-free phone # or web address to log into to see what the latest warnings or FYI kind of info.

It's one thing for the news folk to talk about it but no one is really equiping the public of what they can do or what we are facing.

What I had trouble with is that in all the talk shows the blame was laid on Bush as well for the partisan bickering. Now, if someone came flat out and implied and insinuated that I had done a mean and chicken thing by knowing about the attack but not doing anything about it--well, that is now time for me to defend me as a person and not as a political party. These pundits seem to think that Busn is not a human being and attacks on his character are ok b/c everyone wants to know. However, after hearing everyong talking, it appears that the intelligence commitees have been working with the WH re; investigating. Yet, these idiot democrats don't seem to talk to one another, b/c Daschle had no idea that the intelligence committees were doing this. But Liason woman could not see anything wrong with what was implied re Bush. Hey, the democrats started it but that republican Shelby, well what is his problem? He brings up the issue and then backpedals.
