It looked exactly like spring even if it felt like winter Saturday night when Brooke Bartos and Joseph Murphy opened their home to Planned Parenthood as the hosts and underwriters of Spring Gala 2002. From the red carpet that greeted arriving guests to the abundant displays of spring flowers and colorful linens by Tim Condron, the gala continued its tradition of refined elegance. Waiters circulated with flutes of champagne and wonderful hors d'oeuvres by The Fluted Mushroom (which catered the dinner of filet and lobster ravioli), and Peter Hewlett and Cityscape filled the giant heated tent with music. Hanging lanterns, pastel streamers and lush topiaries helped create a festive mood as guests scurried between house and tent through a picture-perfect garden.Everybody was there, having solved the problem of what to wear on a suddenly chill, black-tie night. Planned Parenthood always draws an attractive crowd, and it seemed even more so this year.

JMO, but what would Hillary would be having at a party like this(hmm, how does one say the appropriate word)
After much thought the answer is,
I have always found the Planned Barrenhood crowd to be rather ugly i.e. Patricia Ireland, Andrew Dworkin, Donna Shalala, etc.
Now, as to the color of their souls, some say it's dark. Others suggest that they have none.
What do you think? Dark or vacant?
Scurried is right. They scurry real fast when a light is turned on but if I remember correctly from when I lived in my first apartment, a little RAID reduces their numbers for a few days.
Hillary's Folly - your article is a great damnation of PP - favorite quote: "How ironic it is that Planned Parenthood is so concerned with 'educating' the generation they worked so hard to abort."

Those in the business of death seem to be doing quite well for themselves. It is good to see that they can solve the problem of what to wear on a suddenly chill formal night. Quite resourceful that lot is.
