Yes, our Founders created a marvelous Free Trade Zone, comprised of the several states who agreed to abide by a common set of rules and regulations defined by (and limited by) our Constitution. Extension of Free Trade privileges to entities not bound by our Constitutional jurisdiction constitutes an uneven playing field, detrimental to our own citizenry.
