This was all over the front page of
Greenwich Time (a Times-Mirror paper, so won't post from it) this morning. The guy apparently used the 'net to lure her and get her to meet him for sex - the implication in the
Greenwich Time story was they had had sex. Very bad. There's a fairly large and growing Brazilian community here -- mostly legal and very hard-working in my experience -- and this will hit them very hard.
I feel sorry for the guy's wife, who seems to be in the dark about his activities, but he should not ever see the outside a jail again, except on his way to and from his trial.
Didn't know there was a sizeable Brazillian population in Greenwich. Mostly legal, they tend to settle in areas earlier populated by Euro-Brazillians.
I also forget that Connecticut is not as segregated as Long Island!
