I had great joy in reading this article. It brought back memories long ago forgotten. I only reached First Class with a First Aid Merit Badge before we moved...but those lessons helped build the basic character of me, whether I realized it or not at the time.

Our lifestyle and occupation prevents me from donating time to our local scout troop, but its nice to know the scouts are still kicking...
