Uh, Mr. Walsh...It's an 8 mile jog from Chandra's apt to the place where she was found. Chandra didn't like the idea of jogging in DC which was why she joined a health club. According to family and friends she wasn't an avid jogger anyway. And who in their right mind would go for an 8 mi jog in a metro area without a cell phone?

And then, what are the odds the "serial killer" showed up at that exact time, in that exact place, to murder the girl that was causing so much trouble between Condit and his wife?

What a stroke of luck for Condit. He must have felt he hit the lottery!

Remember, Chandra had a confrontation on the phone with Gary's wife?

16 mile jog, roundtrip. Maybe she didn't jog.

Good point. And if you're a young woman alone in a dangerous city, and going to an isolated area of a park, when would you not carry a cell phone? When you are meeting the one person who you would be most likely to call -- your lover. Perhaps your lover has told you this has to be a "secret" meeting, since his wife is in town, and might be having him followed, so he tells you to dress as if you're going jogging...no one saw her leave the building, and no one saw her getting into a car -- but she probably did get a ride, somewhere along the way to that spot in the park -- her last ride.
