When I saw the part of the article where gangs of thugs were beating individuals, I thought that these thugs are no better than rampaging animals.

Doc, I'm guessing this was a race riot, judging by the lack of clarification on the part of the reporter. If there were any white kids on the offensive, then the reporter, no doubt, would have gone out of his way to note that the perpetrators were of mixed racial origin.

As such, nationally, this will be just another HUSH CRIME, just like in Cincinati, or anywhere else where non-whites rape, murder, mug, or riot.
