Of course, the commercial growers would have had a Democratic administration on just as tight a leash, but that won't stop the ads showing Jeb with a chainsaw.
And it will be a significant issue. I bet at least a third of South Fla homeowners lost healthy trees to the chainsaws, or have good friends who did.
JUSTICE!!!?????? Let us hope! Regards, John
Thank you, Luis, for another wonderful story. Your story is a year old . . .

Last week I was pulling into my driveway only to find it blocked by a new white Ford van with a State of Florida insignia on the door. I rolled down my window and the cretin inside snarled "what do you want".
I replied in my best New York-ese that I wanted him to get the F*** out of my driveway.
He moved over to the next house and parked on their lawn.
I parked, got out of my car, and walked over to see what was up.
With pissed off looks on their faces the 4 "public servants" inside waved their ID badges at me and informed me that they were looking for citrus trees.
I told them that I didn't happen to have any citrus trees to which they replied that they knew that was true because they had already entered my LOCKED backyard to verify same.
I shook my head and walked inside, hoping that the United States Constitution would eventually catch up with them.
It temporarily has,but the clowns on the Florida "Supreme Court" will put a stop to that as soon as they can.
The problem is that this is happening under Jebs administration, and that he is going to appeal this ruling.
Citrus is important to this state, I am all for protecting the industry, but the industry are the ones who should be footing the bill, not homeowners.
I guess I shouldn't complain too much, If Reno gets elected the goons in the van will have flamethrowers.
