I would like for anyone to give me any case where an innocent person was put to death...
just one will do.

i can think of no cases, although i wouldn't doubt that there has been at least one.

I think that attorney Barry Scheck (sp?), the lawyer from the O.J. Simpson
team and who assists the Illinois anti-death penalty project has even said he can't
cite a proven case of an innocent person put to death.

But, with incredibly sloppy forensic work, such as in the current case in Oklahoma City,
it would be surpising if it doesn't happen, even if only on vanishingly rare occassions.
