I think they'll rule that accident/suicide would "not be inconsistent" with the evidence, but at the same time say that foul play cannot be ruled out. The big question is if they open a criminal investigation.

Cause of death will have to be the fractured skull. Ramsey and crew will determine that the fracture was self inflicted or was an accident.

The leggings got tangled up in her legs as she was falling down the hill and they evolved into a knot.

She didn't die immediately when she fell - poor thing. She managed to take off her leggings and was fashioning a sling in hopes of being able to drag herself out of the deep woods. Alas, she died before she was able to carry out her plan.
