You have made my point perfectly! I think it is great to know more than one language and wish they taught more languanges in the elementary schools here in this Country, but I think when you become a citizen of any Country you should be able to read, write, and speak that language!
Just wish I had paid more attention in school and maybe my spanish would be a lot better!
You got it right, they should teach foreign language in elementary school. By the time the kids are in Highschool it is to late. The younger the kids are the easier it is to learn for them as it comes practically naturally.
