He thinks he's still relevant. And as further proof there's no accounting for taste, the dolts at cbs apparently feel the same way. If memory serves, the "captain" was recently given a 3 to 4 year contract extension at cbs for a "job well done".
The larger question is why the "big three" would continue to alienate the conservatives of the world and kowtow to the leftists. Having an agenda doesn't seem to fully explain their actions, but it comes as close as anything else from my vantage point. Would that I could sit in on a few board meetings...

You would think that a loss of viewers would nudge them toward at least a little introspection.....but i guess it's hard when everyone in the board meetings are like minded sycophants.
