all pilots have already been trained to maintain "fuselage integrity" in the event of a crash. That means, trying to put the fuselage between immovable obstacles such as trees or buildings to save human life in such a situation.

I must have missed that training! I was taught to land on the runway no matter the aircraft condition. Who writes this stuff?
