For Washington's elites - including Jorge Bush, evidently - it's only "reasonable" to actually force people in the U.S. to obey the law if they are native-born Americans with tax liens or have endangered species found on their ranches!

No profiling of aliens from Moslem nations wanting to fly - just feel up every native-born grandma instead. No denial of visas to further visitors from the Moslem world - even as our "allies" there like the Saudis openly finance terrorists from those who did 9/11 in Manhattan to paying families of "martyrs" in Israel.

Send Jorge Bush a message - dump Jeb. Florida Freepers, help elect Jackboot Janet in a landslide.

People in America are only forced to obey federal law if they are U.S. citizens.
The Constitution gives the power to protect the borders, NOT any power to enforce the federal law inside the individual states ( UNLESS those people are U.S. citizens). Citizenship confers jurisdiction.

I believe the people residing within the individual states were never intended by our founding fathers to be citizens of the U.S., but American Nationals.
In reading the Federalist Papers, there are several references such as Citizens and Men, Citizens and persons, etc..
If citizens were the same as residents of the states, why would they make that differentiation in the first place?

and I won't even go into the power of Congress to 'annex' Texas! :)
