All the Arab governments knew. So did our shadow government. They just signed that pipeline deal didn't they?

I have a feeling all this is going to be, is that the Egyption government was tracking a couple of the 9/11 terrorists that happend to be Egyption just prior to 9/11. Kind of like our government was......I doubt this will be anything new.

If you read Yossef Bodansky's book on Bil Laden, you will learn how the Clinton Administration totally screwed up our relationship with Egypt! Egypt was once an ally until Mubarak learned that Clinton supported his overthrow. From that point on, we lost a good ally in Egypt.

Betcha it's a Drudge "pay attention to me" trick. The Egyptians knew, gasp!, the same things the FBI and CIA did, gasp! and did no more about that, gasp! than we did. Gasp!

So what has happened to the famous freepers looking out for things and news tidbits. A couple of days AFTER 9-11 Mubarak of Egypt mentioned in an interview that a few days BEFORE 9-11 he had contacted Washington on this. Try Atlanta Journal Constitution. They had a story on this way back when we were crying our tears out and supporting the pResident.

OK...what did the EGYPTION GOVERNMENT know and when did they know it??
To: IMRight
Egypt also knew (after the fact) that Al Qaeda recruited one of their own EgyptAir pilots and ordered him to fly when he wasn't scheduled on a flight out of Kennedy airport, find a way to take control of the cockpit, and crash the plane. Mubarak and Clinton both denied that it was a terrorist attack that downed EgyptAir990 in October of '99, but we know better now, don't we? Somehow, Egypt retains hard feelings over that incident... and a lot of fear.

Is there a Clinton Legacy log here on FR?

We always knew that our old friend was insightful, but that's beyond the pale - he hit the lottery.
He's laughing his big ol' Dixie butt off at this moment up there.
