Well, to be honest, it did appear that the bushies had done a 180 on the issue.

However, Rush is generally open to making apologies when appropriate.

No, no no. It was Limbaugh who woke the prez up to this little escapade on the part of his bureaucrats. This just shows how seriously Bush took all the global warming crap. He wasn't even paying attention until Limbaugh reacted.
