[history]
Washington -- For the first time, federal prosecutors explicitly accused John Walker Lindh on Tuesday of being partly responsible for the slaying of CIA agent Johnny "Mike" Spann during an Afghan prison uprising in November.
In a bluntly worded 32-page motion, the prosecutors said the Marin County man accused of participating in a conspiracy to kill Americans overseas and of providing material support for terrorists can be blamed directly for Spann's death under the law of conspiracy.

Our geniuses at the DOJ will get their collective a@@ handed to them come trial time. Conspiracy, indeed, involving a hippified convert-grunt who most likely wasn't in the inner circle of the shadowy band of thugs he ran with....

"Sweet, gentle youth?"
Then maybe we could arrange for him a sweet, gentle death?

He says he met bin Laden. As an American, Lindh would have stood out from the other cannon fodder. I'm sure they were trying to figure out some way to use him against us.

"Met" does not equal "knighted by" or "annointed by." And I wish our boys the best of luck in proving that RatBoy actually did meet Ozzie B.....

this link Below is the first paragraph. We can't link it because it comes from one of the axis of evil newspapers.
WASHINGTON - Before his capture last fall in Afghanistan, John Walker Lindh knew of plans for 20 suicide attacks ``even worse'' than those of Sept. 11, involving as many as 50 people working under Osama bin Laden's terrorist umbrella, the government alleged Tuesday.
What Lindh needs to do to save his sorry behind is provide as much detailed information as possible to us.

He certainly should tell all that he knows. I am not a fan of RatBoy's but I have to ask just how this sorry bag of crap could have warned anyone of the upcoming raids he knew of -- operations which were to take place miles from where he was dutifully soldiering for his newfound god and "brothers" in jihad....

Who gives a shiite about your silly misgivings. Lindh is a traitor-pure and simple. He deserves nothing but a brand new rope.

Who gives a shiite about your silly misgivings. It appears that you do, ohnoman. Thanks for the chuckle and for reminding everyone here that there's always someone (you) who is worse off than they are.
Perhaps someone stole the little food pictures from the keys on your cash register. You should've made the effort to get on that little yellow mini-bus and show up at school at least two days a week..............

He must think the Jihadis are going to liberate him from his prison.

'Nuff said.
To: EggsAckley
Couldn't someone just kill this guys while he is walking out of the courtroom. That would save us all a time of time and money.

By Walker's admission he knew the other prisoners had concealed weapons such as grenades under their clothing. His failure to report this to his captors makes him a definite conspirator.

In the case of al-Qeada, meeting bin Laden was as close to an annointing as anyone could get- short of being Usama's favorite goat. No one ever met bin Laden by coincidence or for trivial reasons. Meeting with bin Laden was the final step in the process of being accepted into bin Laden's personal army, along with a loyalty oath that was administered to his 'grunts.' Walker was in fact a member of that personal army. This final confirmation process was distinct from that of bin Laden's suicide candidates.

Agreed, but my point is that it will be hard to pinpoint in a court of law exactly what and at what level the little bastard conspired in....
