A draft document prepared by a panel of bishops does not deal with the issue of homosexuality as a factor in the sex abuse of minors by priests, and some in the Roman Catholic Church think that is a mistake.

I am Catholic and I learned 'gay' is a sin!!

I also lost my Dad when I was 6 months old, he took off!!

If there is one thing that is true, any so-called adult can judge a lost child from a cared for child and they move in!!

I was never allowed to be lost, I was cared for and nothing happened to me!!

All my future church collection envelopes will contain NO MONEY,
but instead the following Money-sized note:
...Catholics: snip and place in collection envelope...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Archbishop Flynn,

Please enforce the 1961 provision in the Code of Canon Law that specifically calls
for barring from the priesthood those with "tendencies to homosexuality
or pederasty," the latter term meaning sex between men and boys.

The law, put forth under Pope John XXIII, one of the most liberal popes, says:
"Advancement to religious vows and ordination should be barred to those who are
afflicted with evil tendencies to homosexuality or pederasty, since, for them,
the common life and the priestly ministry would constitute serious dangers."

Please also be aware that this week's donation (and all future donations) are
being re-directed to a good family-friendly cause.

"The church should be saying homosexuality in the priesthood is a problem, and we need to address it. We have to admit there is this problem and provide therapists who know how to treat it," Mrs. Griggs said.

Yes. They can pay for their own therapy with their own funds once they are laicized and removed from causing further harm to other Catholic young men or to the Church. Anyone who engages in anal copulation or erotic play with other males does not belong parading around a Catholic altar or dipping into the collection plate. Homosexuals - sodomites - are bankrupting the church. A hundred million dollars is a lot of money for Catholic families to be shelling out to cover the anal rapes of criminal perverts who have invaded the priesthood. It is disgusting that anyone, especially bishops and cardinals, would attempt to cover up the homosexual nature of the ongoing scandals and financial disasters.

A news babe here in Los Angeles said yesterday that even a child sexual abuser at a 7-11 would be punished and would not be given one free pass, so why are clergy given one free pass to molest a small boy? They should all be punished to the full extent of the law if they molest a small child. Even for a first offense, especially if the abuser is a person of authority, like a priest, pastor, teacher, cop, congressman, etc. I think this may be the greatest sin.

Just think of the insanity of ordaining a SODOMITE to the priesthod of Christ. It's insane that these monstrously negligent prelates can't see this. They, themselves are doing Satan's work and are enemies of the Church and Jesus Christ. Lord save us from the minions of the evil one in our very church! Pope Leo XIII predicted all of this carnage back in the late 1800s. He was right. God save us.

"A draft document prepared by a panel of bishops does not deal with the issue of homosexuality"

It is good to see that more and more people are recognizing the Catholic crises as a homosexual priest problem and NOT a pedophilia problem. The bishops and the media have duped the public for long enough.

I thought that the Catholic church considered homosexual sex a sin, but not simply homosexual attraction -- especially if the person with same-sex attraction never acts on those desires.
