I figured they'd have to go all-out to try and snag them, since the last report I heard described one of the hostages- Gracie, I guess- as being carried on a stretcher. Once a hostage becomes more of a liability to tote around than he or she is, that usually means the hostage's time is up.

His death is so sad and so unfair. (I didn't realize how much weight he'd lost until I saw a pre-captive picture of him.) I'm so glad, at least, that his wife survived. It's going to be hard for her, though. She may never be the same.

I want revenge.
