Don't let Alan Keyes Get taken off the air
Email

Subject: Don't let the Arabists get Alan Keyes taken off the air.

Some of us are aware of various Muslim tactics to muzzle the free press from exposing their atrocities. Such tactics include, but aren't limited to, detaining, threatening, and confiscating footage from the press including those of AP photographers, Italian journalists (who filmed the ripping out of intestines of 2 Israeli reservists in Ramallah by the Muslim mob), and death threats to Orianna Fallaci. Now they have moved into U.S. cable shows. They are unhappy with anchors who expose their fake funerals for the farces they are.

ALAN KEYES - The Jihad community in the U.S. is actively petitioning MSNBC to throw out the Alan Keyes show. Why? Because Alan Keyes is the ONLY journalist (apart from the FOX team) who sees the Palestinian Muslims for who they are - killers, liars, and terrorists, and exposes their dirty tricks to the American public as every journalist should, but doesn't. This is America where truth, not propaganda, should be honored.

The Jihadists want this freedom taken out, or in other words, Muslims respect freedom of speech and press but only for themselves and their lies. They have decided to label Alan Keyes, an African American, a RACIST. In their unholy tradition of accusing the OTHER of crimes they are guilty of, the Jihadists have struck once again

Please copy and paste the letter below (or write your own) and send it to: AlanKeyes@msnbc.com

Make sure to send MSNBC e-mail everyday for the next 2 weeks. Everyone's FULL participation is needed. The Jihadists have over 2000 signatures and want more. We must send at least DOUBLE that number of e-mails. Have your entire families, synagogues, and churches participate. Spread the word.

Subject: AMERICA NEEDS ALAN KEYES - PRIME TIME

Dear MSNBC,

It has come to our attention that you are being pressured to dump the Alan Keyes show. It would be a grievous mistake for your station and the world of truth for you to give in to Islamic pressure. The Islamic world and their 55 dictatorships around the world do NOT believe in freedom of press, speech or religion. Supporting that voice would be UNAMERICAN and FASCIST behavior.

If you drop Alan Keyes from his prime time slot, we, the American people, will drop MSNBC and petition its sponsors to do the same. Supporting Muslim voices whose goal is to repress everyone else's rights is UNAMERICAN and UNDEMOCRATIC.

Alan Keyes is a courageous proponent for truth and journalistic integrity. In a media world where terror is whitewashed and terrorists are called "freedom fighters", America needs the strong and truthful voice of Alan Keyes.

We strongly urge you to keep Alan Keyes in his prime time slot.

Regards,

Your name
Your city & state

It is URGENT MSNBC producers get flooded with e-mails aimed at keeping Alan Keyes on air - prime time.

Send this to at least 10 like minded people.

I've edited this notice a bit and would also suggest writing your own concise email, rather than barraging them with a bunch of cloned-mail, it's more sincere to write your own.

Um, if Keyes is taken off the air it will be due to dismal ratings, not Arab pressure. He's a good man, but his show is dull as dishwater.

His show is horrible. I sometimes stop on it, to see if it is any better. Last night he had 3 guys on who all thought Bush's plan was bad. LOL. Keyes is a crank.

Regardless if it puts you to sleep, there is a principle at stake here. These guys should not be able to get an American thrown off the air IN HIS OWN COUNTRY, because they don't like what he says. It is a matter of backing up OUR people, and Alan Keyes is one of them. A very brief e-mail will do, but we need to let the outlet know that it shouldn't bow to pressure from towel heads.

Agree, plus he clearly likes hearing himself talk and is filled with as much self-importance as Limbaugh.....but not as entertaining.

As of June 4, Alan Keyes' program attracts one-third or less of the audience that Fox News and CNN do in the same time slot.

Fox News (Greta van Susteren) – 762,000 viewers (up 68% compared to last year)
CNN (Aaron Brown) – 713,000 (up 71%)
MSNBC (Alan Keyes) – 235,000 (Down 9%)

It does seem a shame that the less principle, the higher the ratings. Oh, well. That's America. At least on cable.

That is your opinion sir. I find Keyes show more factual than anyone on TV-including O'Reilly. In all, an excellent show that I watch all the time.

Nice try but if NBC takes Alan Keyes off the air its because he was never able to generate an audience. Right now his audience is even smaller than Gretta's. Use Jihad as a cover if you must but truth be known there is just not a market for Alan Keyes five nights a week. Personally, I can only handle him maybe once every other week if there is absolutely nothing else on TV and Im interested in the topic he's discussing.

Just a little note about your mail response: I wouldn't call MSNBC "facist" since that would mean that they believe that what they are doing is for our nation.

You are being used by Keyes ideologues. Are you going to tell me that the towel heads are going to target Keyes when Lou Dobbs of CNN is renaming the war on terror, the war on islamists and both O'Reilly and Chris Matthews have interupted arab guests on their shows recently and told them that they were full of it and they were just spinning and if they werent going to answer the question then get lost?

Some people keep forgetting that TV shows exist only as long as they draw the audience that advertisers are willing to pay for being exhibited in that time slot.

Simple fact...Keyes doesn't draw the audience. The advertisers will pay less for advertising...the network is losing revenue on Keyes. That time slot belongs to the network, not Keyes. It is their property, not his, yet we have people saying that there is some injustice involved in the network acting in it's own best interest concerning it's property.

I guess their concept of property goes no further than their front lawn.

Another point to note in the article mentioned above:

Fox News (Greta van Susteren) – 762,000 viewers (up 68% compared to last year)
CNN (Aaron Brown) – 713,000 (up 71%)
MSNBC (Alan Keyes) – 235,000 (Down 9%)

Of all the news shows mentioned in the article (and those above are only the ones in the 10 pm EDT time-slot), Alan Keyes show is the only one where the ratings have dropped.

They can use the Arabs as an excuse if they want to; in TV ratings is the name of the game.

Since when did the fact of poor ratings ever incline some of these networks to take someone off the air? Shall we take the time, and bore everyone to death, and NAME all of the liberal pundits, anchors, and talk show hosts who remain ON THE AIR in spite of poor ratings? You can bet your bottom dollar that after he starts up, Donohue will NOT go off the air - regardless of ratings. IF you are liberal, you can get away with poor ratings. Only conservatives get kicked off the air for that. And, once again, we love to savage our own, don't we?

Well I agree that ratings = money flow/advertising dollars which is the blood of the networks.... I can't fault them for that.

They took a chance on Keyes and I'm sure were hoping it would prosper. I thought he may have been able to find a niche market but maybe not. I don't watch his program other than a couple of the early shows to see what it was about.

I doubt seriously that a couple thousand signatures from the Muslims will convience MSNBC that removal of the show is the correct thing to do. Conversely I don't think some blast email campaign will keep his show on if MSNBC has decided that the dollars aren't there. JMO, of course
