S.F. attorney: Bush allowed 9/11

BY DAVID KIEFER Of The Examiner Staff

Stanley Hilton now figures his case is stronger because of a coalition of attorneys, victims' families and bipartisan legislators who gathered in Washington on Monday to condemn the government's lack of action in preventing the Sept. 11 attacks.

Hilton is the San Francisco attorney who filed a $7 billion lawsuit in U.S. District Court on June 3 against President Bush and other government officials for "allowing" the terrorist attacks to occur.

Among Hilton's allegations: Bush conspired to create the Sept. 11 attacks for his own political gain and has been using Osama bin Laden as a scapegoat.

Hilton said he has information that bin Laden died several years ago of kidney failure.

"I hope it will expose the fact that there are numbers of people in the government, including Bush and his top assistants, who wanted this to happen," Hilton said.

His class-action suit named 10 defendants, including Vice President Dick Cheney, National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, and Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta. Hilton said he represents the families of 14 victims and that 400 plaintiffs are involved nationwide.

White House spokesman Ken Macias and Department of Justice public affairs officer Charles Miller each said their departments were unaware of the lawsuit.

Hilton, Sen. Bob Dole's former aide, has been publicly critical of conservatives in books he has written about Dole and the Clinton sex scandal. Hilton, who said he has sources within the FBI, CIA, the National Security Agency and Naval intelligence, demands Bush's impeachment and believes the truth will come out in trial.

Hilton claims the Bush administration ignored intelligence information, refused to round up suspected terrorists beforehand, and during the hijackings refused to disable pilot controls and switch to a ground-based remote system.

He claims the government benefited from installing a puppet Afghan government friendly to U.S. oil interests.

Hilton also says Bush used bin Laden's antagonist image to create a public frenzy, which allowed the Bush administration to tighten its political grip.

I posted this story for one reason.

You just can't make this stuff up. I mean, the best part,

Hilton claims the Bush administration ignored intelligence information, refused to round up suspected terrorists beforehand, and during the hijackings refused to disable pilot controls and switch to a ground-based remote system.
is that paragraph. I mean, all that is missing is reference to the Illuminati, the Bilderbergers, and Mind Control Rays from Russian Satellites.

This was just too delicious and goody-good not to post. Best thing I've seen out there since the wacky Egyptian who compared Condoleezza Rice to a nightclub trollop and jungle anaconda.

Or did they say that she deserves to make her bed in the jungle?

Anyhoo, this attorney's claim wins my Monthly Amish Blak Helikopterz Mystery Commandos Award for sheer tinfoilery.

Be Seeing You,

Chris

How could something that happened after 9/11 be a cuase of action for events pre 9/11?

Saw this guy on Hannity and Colmes last night. Sean ripped him a new one. Basically treated him like a little kid that had crapped in his diaper. Said he should be ashamed of himself. LOL! They guy was an idiot.

I thought you needed a Interocitor to do that?

This may be funny to the people on this forum, but how do you think it affects the average man on the street? Another doubt on our goverment, another drain on our judicial assets, another item to spin for the Dims? Why is it that people from the left can get away with this, while we conservatives sit and whine about how unfair it is. Why arent we going after this partizan congress for allowing politics to be more important than the securety of our country, to not go after x42 for his selling out of our country ?Sometimes I get so pissed at President Bush for not slapping down these sad excuses of our representatives ( who only represent their own agenda, and the desire to get re-elected.) I have the utmost respect for our President's desire to unite both partys for the good of the nation, but the people that he's extending the hand of friendship to have the soul of vipers. We should use the courts to go after this type of pond scum, if anything, it will get their lies exposed. IMHO Gunner

Chris, you're a hoot man!

Who would have thought Rep.Cynthia McKinney's (D.Ga.) attorney would do something like this?

I particularly liked the remote control stuff,
I always knew there wasn't anyone up in the cockpits of those things.
Nothing but a coke machine and a microwave where the Stews warm up meals.

All bush has to do is get on TV, wag his finger at the camera, and say ... "I DID NOT KNOW THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN". It worked for Clinton.

However, if he could prove it beyond a reasonable doubt ...

These people cannot go after a Federal jurisdiction lightly like that. It is seditious since they have no proof nor even probable cause. It's inflamatory stuff aimed to undermine the restoration of America.

Pursuant to Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Proceedure, the Court can fine a party or attorney who files or continues to prosecute a civil action which they know or should know to be frivolous. I certainly hope the Court socks it to this guy. However, given that it was filed in San Francisco, I'm not optomistic.

I heard Hannity interview this guy on his radio and on his television show yesterday. The guy was wrong on virtually every point of law he tried to bring up. A real bottom feeder. Not only is he a scourge on society but he gives good, ethical, hard working attorneys a bad name. He also ties up an already overloaded Court system with meritless work. A plague on him.

Nope, not even a traitor would be this clueless.

This guy comes across as having edited the galleys for Michael Moore's book.
