Should the federal courts thwart the Bush administration's handling of terrorists, the public pressure for the Senate to approve Bush's judicial nominees would be overwhelming, and 'rats would ignore it at their peril.
Unless it is spun by the Rats and their media lapdogs as another example of Bush overstepping his authority...
...God forbid that, but it's likely to happen nonetheless.
