I myself am OFTEN tempted to fire upon Stupid Useless Vehicles. Especially when driven by cellphone-yacking soccer moms. Only the lack of large caliber automatic weapons prevents me.
An old Mauser 8/7mm will punch through just about any SUV made. May not get the cyclic rate to really spray them but you know what they say, "one shot, one...."
