It takes courage to stand in the gap, to man the barricades... This is a very significant and enlightning statement. Biblical teachings in the Old Testament speak of men that did 'stand in the gap' and it was not to 'conserve' but rather to move in the direction that God directed them. Those of us that are believers should be willing to let go of what is past and to move by the Lord's leading~ with boldness and confidence and assurance that God be with us!
