The problem with investigating voter fraud is that Democrats invariably cry 'racism' when the subject is mentioned. Based on the Democrat response, one would have to assume that voter irregularities and outright fraud are a right African Americans deserve for all the discrimination and abuse they have suffered at the hands of whitey.
