This chart can't be right. Are you telling me that 14 people from North Dakota gave a combined total of $5.00? What did they do, send in their pennies and nickels that they found on the street? California must have been sending in mostly Fruit Loops and Cheerios that they found in their couches, because the average Cali sent in about 3 cents.
