I've got a better idea:
Why not make it clear that the US is not party to the ICC or to the World Court. If the UN doesn't like it, we should tell them to get out of the US, because we don't want to be part of them.

Politically, I long for two things: the day the last public school in the US closes its doors, and the day we withdraw from the UN! Those two things by themselves would eliminate a majority of the troubles we now experience.
