There are homosexual acts and then there are homosexuals. A homosexual act is simply touching the genitalia of a same membered gender. Somehow we have to leave doctors touching patients out of this -- but that's a problem for you to figure out.

A homosexual, on the other hand, is someone who has a preference for same genders.

See the distinction? You can be one without the other (you can be a homosexual who has never had sex with anyone) or you can perform homosexual acts (genital touching) without being a homosexual.
