I’ve always liked northwestern FL. I’ve been to/through Pensacola but never lived there. I lived in and around Panama City for a while. I liked the Lynn Haven/Panama City area (Bay County). I’ve been told that the marina and areas in and around Parker are going downhill, but I haven’t been there for a while and can’t verify from personal experience. I don’t know what the business climate is like there right now and I can’t really think of a reason for a company to move to a place like Bay County either… except to get out of CA and that might be enough. Ha.

You will be glad to know that both of Panama City's marinas (downtown and ST. Andrews) have been completely rebuilt and look really great now. Parker has grown with the rest of the area.

The area is as conservative as it's always been and law enforcement is good.
