To: nicks bad seed
Funny. A few weeks ago people were defending a private school for kicking a girl out because her mom violated some school rule. (stripper case)
Now, some of these same people are being critical of another private school for kicking out a kid because of what appears to be the kid's own actions.
Can someone please explain the difference here?

I see nothing but total consistancy in both situations. In neither case did anyone on FR say that a private school doesn't have the right to set it's own rules and standards, and to expel anyone they want for any reason.

The fact that one school was in the right, and the other appears to be in the wrong, in some people's opinion, is the only matter for discussion here.
