It hints at hidden desires between Jesus and Mary of Magdala.

Where? To the contrary, I don't think there's even a hint of anything like that on Jesus' part, and Mary's song is "I don't know how to love him" because she doesn't know how to love a man outside a sexual relationship. I mostly know the (IMO fabulous) movie version, but there's nothing at all inappropriate in the Jesus/Mary Magdalene relationship as portrayed.

It is hinted in the song Everything's alright.

You are correct that it is not portrayed. It is certainly no Last Temptation.

I agreed with the interpretation of I don't know how to love Him but I don't believe that the real prostitues of His day would have even had that problem. They wouldn't have been confused by their salvaion - only freed. When Jesus healed the deaf man, the deaf man could speak too. Jesus' healing never went half way.

Shalom.
