I don't; upstate NY, Delaware, back to upstate, now in PA. 'Property Rights is not just a Western problem'; check my links.

This figures. Only an idiot Yankee would stick his nose in where it don't belong. The voters of Florida overwhelmingly voted to have the government acquire land so that it would not be developed. The program is known as ELAPP.

You may try to make this a property rights issue, when in fact it is more the like the government doing what it's citizens have requested.

Do us all a favor, stay in Pennsylvania.

If you think government is the solution, you're part of the problem.

Private property rights are the reason this country has had the success it has today. Show mw one country where the ownership of the common property in government hands has created the wealth the US system has. There isn't one. In fact, most governments despoil their holdings and their people, as evidenced by the late USSR and various African states.

Government has a place in regulating the uses and abuses of property, but is has no place in the ownership of that property in this country. My family came here because my late Father could see the encroaching socialism now holding sway in Britain; now we are headed in the same direction. Not with my acquiescence.

I can't believe you actually live in this state and have been on this forum for as long as you have yet posted your #19.

I don't know where you live but in my area the enviral orgs and our facist gov agencies have turned property owners into property stewards beholden to them. They're using our tax money against us to sue, condemn land and promote leftist agendas, not to mangage water or protect the environment as it was fraudulantly sold to the public.

I could tell you lots of first hand stories of mini-tyrants at work in my area but that might negatively affect your golf game.

Sorry sir, I disrespectfully disagree. When this amendment was presented, at no part did it state nor infer that 90% of the land would be re-acquired by the state and federal governments. I'm a Florida resident and voted against this proposal because it was too vague. Now that the true intent is known, do you honestly think the trailer park bats who retired thinking they would live their remaining years out in peace would have voted for something which could cost them their homes? This is typical socialist deception, and if you support it, you show your true colors.
