I'm very surprised that Farakhan sided with Mugabe on the issue of seizing the lands the whites seized from the native blacks. Mugabe is helping establish the "norms" against which any claim for reparations by US blacks must be based. IOW, for an argument FOR reparations to succede, it must be established that US blacks are worse off by virtue of their ancestors having been "stolen" than they would be had they been born and raised in mother Africa. Mugabe has done a whole lot to make sure that American blacks look like slavery was the best thing that could have happened to their ancestors.

I'm not so sure white farmers "seized" land from native blacks in South Africa and Rhodesia. The southern most part of Africa was largely uninhabited when the first Europeans arrived, or so I'm told. The majority of blacks now living in South Africa trace their ancestry to regions further north.
