That's a silly view. I really don't think powerful but corrupt execs made decisions to steal millions because Clinton was getting a knobber. They could care less. Crooks are crooks, and given an opportunity to steal, and told the cops are taken off, will do so. It is more relevant that the dems led the fight to trash the stock cops, while pretending they didn't. That is where the focus should lie.
