Senator Frist:

Thanks to the voters who worked hard across the country to get out the vote, the GOP has regained the Senate. Now President Bush's agenda can be moved through the Senate. But the Senate needs a strong majority leader and Senator Lott is not the man for the job. Do not let the citizens down who worked so hard for this GOP victory - give us a STRONG Senate majority leader...replace Senator Lott.

The fact Jeffords was one of the "Singing Senators" shows me that Lott cares more about being good buddies while Jeffords stabbed him in the back.

He obviously likes it in the rear!

Extremely fine letter. You express my thought very well. I, too, believe that he will be the Majority Leader and this is about the only viable approach we have. Thanks for the effort and letting us all see it and comment.
