Same thing was said when Truman consolidated the branches of the Military as the "Department of Defense". Can anyone make the case that the 22 agencies that were moved into the Homeland Defense Dept. were operating in complete coordination with each other?.... I doubt it!.
Maybe all these Anti-War MAGGOTS like Justin Ramero from "anti-war.com" and other isolationist groups could buy a clue some day

The Party has deep concerns about this bill. By decimating the wall between intelligence services and domestic law enforcement, combined with the ability to turn the Total Information Awareness program on the American people with the flip of a switch, this bill turns every citizen into a suspect. The party really should read the bill before commenting on it.
