I have been to Brazil and it has the most corrupt government I have ever seen. While I was there citizens would say bad things about the government ALL the time. One lady asked me How I liked Brazil. She said "It is really nice, except our government is really bad." I thought that was an unusual thing to hear from a stranger. They say their cops in Brazil are only there to receive BRIBES. I don't see how an axis of good could possibly be built with Brazil, Cuba, and Venezuela! sheesh!
