They didn't (i'm not sure their camera let them, but anyway they didn't) pan the other 180 degrees counterclockwise, which would take them by my press table.

Well then, next time, take a break and stroll past the camera a couple times so we can see you. ;-)

Maybe. The turnout was still disquietingly low, even accounting for the weather. I'm not criticizing anyone: I'm just not sure we *can* square this circle: I don't know how it can be done in this city of liberals, to get a couple of thousand out. I think it's time to stop and reflect hard. We can go the Fresno way, like you guys do, where the regularity makes up for lack of numbers. But if we plan big ones and they fail, we *have* to get them bigger or we have to rethink. I'm in a deep think on strategy here.
