Did the stupid son of a bitch (Blitzer) mention that the Iraqis executed 5 of our POWs? He's worried about winning hearts and minds, when that's what the moral standard is of the Iraqi military?

Too damn bad about Iraqi casualties, they're going to get a lot more of them now that they execute our POWs. There's not enough Iraqi military that can die to make up for that crime.

Actually, Rummy became very LOUD with Blitz in telling him about 9-11 and the 3000 civilians killed (when blitz asked about something I don't recall.)

I saw an interview with Ted Turner one time when he still had some control over CNN. He was asked what market offered the best opportunity for CNN to expand into. Guess what his answer was?

Yup. Arab and Middle East markets.

It appears they've made a conscious decision to forego their American base and try to expand like the BBC. Which shouldn't be hard . . . they've already got the BBC's leftist-spin down pat.
