Seems to be more a phisophy thing than a race thing to me. Ask James Smith.

Yawn. When all else fails, play the race card.

Black lawmakers say their agenda is stifled God damn at least these worthless black lawmakers are allowed to even have an 'agenda'. Can you imagine if there was a 'white lawmakers agenda'. instantly it would be denounced as an evil racist conspiracy. Yet when blacks conpsire to gain special benefits for their race, it's noble and great.

Prime example of what happens when the parties become racially polarized. Ever since White liberal 'Rats and self-appointed Black shysters (Jesse Jackson, Sr., et al) bamboozled African-Americans into believing their party was the only way to go, it was only a matter of time when realignment in states like SC would render their effectiveness practically dead. They were taken for granted when the 'Rats were in the majority and now they are utterly irrelevent in the lawmaking process with the GOP in control. It's a shame and utterly destructive to the African-American community that keeps sending hard-line Socialistic 'Rats to the legislature. They are so frustrated that they are reduced to screaming "racism" so their shrill voices can be heard and similarly fool their constituents into believing they are fighting for them, when they're only fighting for their own personal political/power gain. The GOP has GOT to go into these communities and ask African-Americans if this is what they're happy with, do they want to continue to send utterly ineffective legislators to Columbia, or do they want someone who will be a part of the power structure and be able to deliver ? Right now, the GOP is cocky in SC, they don't need Black votes, but that is wrongheaded and feeds the perception of racism. It's going to be difficult, but with hard work, it will pay a nice dividend in the long run and do much to help the Black community, which has been wallowing in misery ever since the 'Rats took hold of their souls. It's a very liberating experience.

" it's the type of legislation black members offer. "It's socialistic and liberal." All I had to do to recognize this is to read the title. It's consistent.
