A smoking ban in Charleston would be all it would take for me never to go back there. It's crowded and hot as hades in the summer. In fact I'll pass that on to the city council as well.
As the Montana State Rep. who also sponsored HB 758 which did exactly the same thing and is now the law in Montana, I hope SC is successful in protecting the private property rights of the people of SC.
This is great news that the idea is spreading... Cudos to South Carolina.
