True but many as foretold stumble over it. They want to place man made doctrines and conditions on The New Covenant which is so simple a child can understand it and was intended to be simple. Before ascending to the Father Jesus sent the teacher of all truths to guide man called The Holy Spirit which was manifested at Pentecost. Although present before this as The Bible clearly shows {John The Baptist knew Jesus before birth} The Holy Spirit had not yet been received by mankind as a whole.

Likely the very one who told Peter, James, and John who the three men were Jesus met on the mountain at the Transfiguration. Otherwise how would they have known who they were? :>}
