That certainly was not my intent, but I realise that I may have not expressed myself well. If you would like to help me to improve my communication skills, you might see your way clear to pointing out exactly what I wrote, which you feel demonstrated the above attitude.

Again, you could help me immensely, if you would point out which questions you feel were "insults." Maybe it was my first question. I had quoted you, when you said that much of what we call truth in the church is the result of centuries of "force-fitting" special-interest explanations to uncertain situations...
I assumed that you didn't include your theory among the above, so I asked how you had made that determination. Perhaps the way I asked it seemed insulting. Was that it?

I see that it may be possible that this seemed rude, to you. I didn't mean it to be. It was what writers call a "rhetorical question." It was meant to "foreshadow" the topic of the Identity Movement, which I intended to bring up later. I didn't actually expect you to answer it, because I already knew that you were aware of this particular "fruit" of your theory.
I can see that I shouldn't have asked a rhetorical question, and that it might have sounded rude to you. I apologize.
