The minister commented on it first, he explained that the unleavened bread was to represent pure bread that hasn’t been puffed up with sin (leavening) yet, which is a germ reaction or in a sense contamination working in the dough.

I was kind of wondering about that...have you ever seen any indication that the last supper was using unleavened bread?

I doubt they would have been able to find any that wasn't unleavened, in Jerusalem at the Passover, do you?
