Of course not. My wife and I are suffering (hopefully temporary) infertility. I know the distinction quite well, and our Church makes the distinction quite well.

That's good. There was a bit of ambiguity there that I wanted to clear up. There ARE those out there, "more Catholic than the Pope," who do promote such rigorist ideas: It's practically always a mortal sin to use NFP, infertile people shouldn't have sex, etc.
