Pretty remarkable that you brazenly post such an ill-informed vanity.

Arafat is a Palestinian, right? Then I guess Cairo will be the Pali State's capital. That is where Arafat was born. Of Arafat's cabinet, only 1 man was born in Judea or Samaria. All others were born in Egypt (3), Jordan (5), Lebanon (1) or Syria (1).

There is, indeed, NO SUCH THING as "Palestine".

There is, indeed, NO SUCH THING as "Palestine".

If Sharon can build settlements to constitute "facts on the ground" to establish his claim to the West Bank, the Palestinians there can increase their birthrate to establish another undeniable set of facts on the ground. What went before isn't so meaningful as what's happening now. And right now, as far as I can seem, both sides are establishing a demographic battle for the West Bank. Sharon builds settlements and invites Brooklyn jews and Russian jews to come live in them. The Palestinians respond by knocking up every girl over age 7.

Can you or someone explain to me
how Arafat ever came to be called a Palestinian?

My understanding is that he began his career
as an Egyptian businessman.
Did he ever even live in Palestine?
