<p>Tonight the Appalachian Mountains are busy making clouds after a soaking rain, but as I try to sleep, I begin wondering if plutonium powdered death is rolling in the darkness along Interstate 40, two miles from my home. A federal court recently gave the Department of Energy the go-ahead to start shipping 34 tons of plutonium to the Palmetto State against the will of Gov.
